Return Policy

At Mahaganpathy, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for return.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Original tags, invoices, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or tailored.
• Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or washing after delivery.

3. Return Process

1. Email us at support@mahaganpathy.in with your Order ID, issue details, and product photos/videos.
2. Once your request is approved, our team will share return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to our address using a reliable courier.
   • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.
4. After inspection, we’ll process your replacement or exchanges within 7–10 business days.
5. You will receive your new item within 3-5 working days from the date of processed.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank account upon verification.
• Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment gateway usually will be credited within 5–7 working days.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or color:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Price differences (if any) must be paid before the new item is shipped.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Take clear photos/videos of the item and outer packaging.
• Email us within 48 hours at support@mahaganpathy.in.
  We’ll verify and arrange a free replacement or refund.
