Welcome to Mahaganpathy! We take great pride in delivering quality fabrics and garments right to your doorstep. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
For international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm availability, estimated delivery time, and shipping charges.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other regions: 5–10 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 10–14 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen conditions such as strikes, weather issues, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000 (within India).
  • A standard shipping fee (₹80–₹200 depending on location and order weight) applies for orders below ₹3,000.
  • For bulk fabric orders or wholesale deliveries, shipping will be calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Our team will share the exact amount before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through the “Track Order” section on our website.


6. Packaging

All products are packed securely using tamper-proof, water-resistant packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
We take extra care while packaging delicate fabrics and embroidered materials.


7. Delays and Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check the tracking details first.
  • If still undelivered, please contact us at support@mahaganpathy.in or +91-7397379 277.
    We’ll coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  2. Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@mahaganpathy.in.
  3. We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing the order.
If you wish to change the address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
